Stacy Sibona
It’s all about intention and quality of touch.
Stacy Sibona has been a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 1995. Her training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Deep Tissue/Passive Blend, Seated and Post Mastectomy Massage therapies. In addition, Stacy is also certified in the Rubenfeld Synergy Method, the Feldenkrais Method and Structural Integration.
Throughout her career, Stacy has worked in a variety of settings including spas, medical doctor’s offices, private clientele and Center Street Chiropractic.
Stacy’s goal, when working with clients is to promote self care, increase body awareness, improve function and facilitate a sense of well being.
Adina Chastine Smith
Nationally Certified Massage Therapist
After training at the Somerset School for Massage Therapy, Adina became a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and for 9 years has been specializing in Swedish Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, Reflexology, and Deep Tissue therapies including Myofascial Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy(NMT).
Adina thoroughly enjoys practicing massage therapy and promotes it along with healthy diet and exercise as a way to improve the quality of life of her clients.
